Senior Exterior Designer
Requirements
- Master’s degree in automotive/industrial design or a related field.
- 5+ years of automotive design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Solid understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience mentoring interns and junior designers is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Lead exterior automotive design from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
- Create and present design concepts via sketches and 3D models.
- Track industry trends and drive innovation.
- Mentor junior designers.
- Report to design leadership.
